Chairman Profile
Mr. Arun Prakash Subramaniam is the Group Chairman and Managing Director of the Group, appointed to the Board on 2 September 2024. He oversees the Group’s daily operations, strategic planning, business growth, and corporate social responsibility initiatives, and is responsible for executing the Group’s short- and long-term strategies.
He currently serves as Chairman of Rimba Properties Berhad and Tocar Sports International (M) Berhad, and as Managing Director of Mutiara KPFB Sdn Bhd. He is also a shareholder of The Baju Co.
With over a decade of experience in construction and property development, he has led multiple ventures including construction companies operating as NSC subcontractors. Under his leadership, the Group has grown into an integrated property development business and secured contracts exceeding RM2 billion in 2019.
